Vendors may register under either the Free Vendor Plan or the Paid Vendor Plan.
Free Vendors may join Bharat Digital Mart without paying any registration or joining fee. Under the Free Vendor Plan, the Vendor may upload and list products on the platform but will not be provided with a separate online store.
Free Vendors shall be required to participate in paid advertising/promotional campaigns for their products as applicable. Such advertisements may be promoted across India through Google, social media platforms, and other digital advertising channels to increase product visibility and customer reach.
The applicable advertising charges shall be payable by the Vendor as per the advertising plan, campaign, or charges communicated by Bharat Digital Mart.
Where a Free Vendor does not comply with the applicable advertising/promotion requirement or repeatedly fails to follow the platform’s promotional policies, Bharat Digital Mart reserves the right to suspend or terminate the Vendor account and remove the Vendor’s products from the platform, subject to the applicable terms and policies.
Paid vendors may purchase an individual online store, targeted sales area, or other customized paid services offered by Bharat Digital Mart. The applicable charges, subscription period, features, sales-area coverage, listing limits, promotional benefits, and other services shall be based on the plan and requirements selected by the Vendor. Any additional services or custom requirements requested by the Vendor may be charged separately as communicated and agreed by the Vendor.
Paid vendors shall pay the applicable registration, subscription, listing, or other platform charges communicated by Bharat Digital Mart for the selected paid vendor plan. The applicable fees, payment terms, validity period, renewal terms, and any other charges shall be clearly communicated to the vendor before activation of the paid plan.
Vendors must ensure that all product information listed on Bharat Digital Mart is complete, accurate, clear, and up to date. The Vendor shall be responsible for providing the correct product name, description, images, price, specifications, size/variant, stock availability, applicable taxes, and other relevant product details. Any false, misleading, incomplete, or outdated information may result in correction, removal, suspension, or other appropriate action by Bharat Digital Mart.
All vendors must ensure that every product listed and sold through Bharat Digital Mart is genuine, authentic, lawful, and legally permitted for sale. Vendors must not list or sell counterfeit, duplicate, illegal, prohibited, expired, unsafe, misleading, or unauthorized products. The vendor shall be solely responsible for the authenticity and legality of its products and for any claims, complaints, losses, penalties, or legal action arising from the sale of non-genuine or prohibited products.
Vendors must accept, process, properly pack, and dispatch all confirmed customer orders within the time period specified by Bharat Digital Mart. The Vendor shall ensure that the correct product, quantity, and required specifications are provided and that the order is ready for pickup by the designated courier or delivery partner within the prescribed time.
For orders weighing 0 to 8 kg, the standard delivery charge shall be ₹70. If the delivery charge is shown as ₹0 (Zero) separately on the invoice/order, it shall mean that the applicable delivery charge has already been included in the product price/MRP and no additional delivery charge will be collected from the customer.
For orders above 8 kg, additional delivery charges may apply based on the applicable weight, distance, and delivery location.
All costs, charges, losses, or expenses arising from cancellation, return, refund, replacement, reverse shipping, damaged/incorrect products, or other return-related matters shall be borne by the respective Vendor. Bharat Digital Mart / Bharat E Mart Private Limited shall have no responsibility or liability for such charges or losses, except where required under applicable law or expressly agreed in writing.
Vendors must promptly cooperate with Bharat Digital Mart in resolving any customer complaint related to their products, including product quality, authenticity, order processing, delivery, returns, replacements, refunds, or any other product-related issue. The Vendor shall provide the required information, documents, and assistance within the time specified by Bharat Digital Mart to help resolve the complaint.
Vendor settlements shall be processed within 10 days from the date on which the payment amount is actually received and cleared by Bharat E Mart Private Limited through its payment gateway or banking/settlement partner, after deduction of applicable commissions, charges, refunds, taxes, or other adjustments. If any delay occurs due to the payment gateway, bank, settlement partner, verification process, technical issue, refund, chargeback, or any other circumstance beyond the reasonable control of Bharat E Mart Private Limited, the settlement period may be extended until the payment is received and cleared by the Company. The Company shall not be responsible for delays caused by such third-party payment or banking processes.
The Vendor shall be solely responsible for determining and applying the correct GST rate applicable to each product listed and sold on Bharat Digital Mart. The Vendor shall enter the applicable GST rate, product tax information, invoices, licenses, registrations, and other required tax details accurately and in accordance with applicable laws. Bharat Digital Mart shall not be responsible for any incorrect GST rate or tax information provided by the Vendor.
Vendors may access and use customer information only to process, fulfil, package, ship, and provide necessary support for orders placed through Bharat Digital Mart. Vendors shall keep all customer information confidential and shall not sell, share, copy, misuse, disclose, or use such information for any unauthorized purpose, including direct marketing or contacting customers outside the order-related requirements. Any unauthorized use, disclosure, or misuse of customer data may result in suspension or termination of the vendor account and may also lead to action under applicable law.
Vendors are strictly prohibited from creating or accepting fake orders, conducting or facilitating fraudulent transactions, providing false, misleading, or incorrect information, manipulating customer reviews or ratings, misusing customer or platform information, or engaging in any activity intended to deceive customers or Bharat Digital Mart. Any attempt to manipulate sales, orders, payments, ratings, or other platform activities unfairly may result in order cancellation, withholding of settlements, suspension of the vendor account, or termination of the vendor’s association with Bharat Digital Mart, subject to applicable law.
The Vendor is solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of their account credentials, including username, password, OTPs, and other login information. The Vendor must not share their login credentials with any other person and must take reasonable steps to prevent unauthorized access to the Vendor account. The Vendor shall be responsible for all activities, orders, listings, transactions, and actions carried out through their account. In case of any suspected unauthorized access, loss of credentials, or security breach, the Vendor must immediately inform Bharat Digital Mart and take necessary steps to secure the account.
Bharat Digital Mart may suspend, restrict, or terminate a vendor account in case of violation of these Terms & Conditions, fraud, repeated customer complaints, poor order fulfilment, prohibited products, misuse of the platform, or other serious misconduct. A Free Vendor may continue under the Free Vendor plan without being required to purchase or upgrade to a Paid Vendor plan, unless the Vendor voluntarily chooses to upgrade or the applicable Terms are otherwise changed with proper notice.
Free Plan: Vendor registration under the Free Plan is valid for one (1) year from the date of activation, unless otherwise specified by Bharat Digital Mart. The Free Plan may be renewed for another one-year period subject to the applicable terms and policies.
Paid Plan: Any Paid Vendor Plan shall be valid for a period of one (1) year from the date of activation or subscription. Renewal, cancellation, expiry, and any applicable refund shall be governed by the specific plan terms communicated by Bharat Digital Mart to the Vendor.
The Vendor will be responsible for renewing the applicable plan before its expiry to continue receiving the benefits and services associated with the selected plan.
Bharat Digital Mart reserves the right to update, modify, revise, or amend its vendor policies, fees, commissions, services, and Terms & Conditions from time to time. Any such changes may be communicated to vendors through the platform, dashboard, email, or other appropriate means. Vendors are responsible for reviewing the updated policies and continuing to use the platform only after accepting the revised Terms & Conditions.
All intellectual property relating to Bharat Digital Mart, including its name, logo, brand identity, software, website, mobile application, designs, graphics, content, trademarks, packaging designs, layouts, and other proprietary materials, shall remain the exclusive property of Bharat E Mart Private Limited or its respective licensors.
The Vendor shall not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publish, sell, sublicense, misuse, or use any such intellectual property for any purpose without the prior written permission of Bharat E Mart Private Limited.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws of India. Any dispute, claim, disagreement, or controversy arising out of or relating to the vendor’s registration, products, orders, payments, commissions, services, or use of Bharat Digital Mart shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably through mutual discussion and communication.
If the dispute cannot be resolved amicably, it shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts having jurisdiction over the registered office of Bharat E Mart Private Limited, the entity operating Bharat Digital Mart, subject to applicable law.
By registering as a vendor, listing any product, subscribing to a paid vendor plan, or accepting any order through Bharat Digital Mart, the Vendor confirms that they have read, understood, and fully accepted the applicable Vendor Terms & Conditions. The Vendor agrees to comply with all applicable platform policies, payment terms, commission rules, product requirements, and other conditions specified by Bharat Digital Mart. Acceptance of these Terms shall be considered binding on the Vendor from the date of registration or use of the platform.
Free Vendor to Paid Partnership: A Vendor who joins Bharat Digital Mart under the Free Vendor Plan may choose to upgrade to a Paid Partnership Plan at any time. The Vendor may select any available paid plan according to the applicable fees, benefits, commissions, and other terms communicated by Bharat Digital Mart. The upgrade will become effective after the applicable paid-plan requirements and payment, where applicable, are completed.

Products displayed on Bharat Digital Mart may be supplied by independent vendors/sellers. Product descriptions, images, prices, specifications, stock availability, and other information may be provided by the respective seller.
All orders are subject to product availability and successful order confirmation. Bharat Digital Mart or the respective vendor may cancel an order due to stock unavailability, incorrect pricing, suspected fraud, technical issues, or other valid reasons.
Payments for orders placed through Bharat Digital Mart may be accepted and processed by Bharat E Mart Private Limited through the applicable payment gateway/payment processing arrangement.
Orders will be delivered to the address provided by the customer. Delivery time may vary depending on the product, vendor, delivery location, courier service, weather, and other circumstances.
Order cancellation shall be subject to the applicable cancellation policy. Certain orders may not be cancellable after processing or dispatch.
Returns, replacements, and refunds shall be subject to the applicable product, vendor, and Bharat Digital Mart policies. Approved refunds will be processed through the applicable payment method.
Where Cash on Delivery (COD) is available, customers are required to accept and receive the order. If a customer repeatedly refuses or fails to accept COD orders without a valid reason, Bharat E Mart Private Limited may suspend or withdraw the COD facility from the customer.
Customers must provide accurate name, mobile number, email address, delivery address, and other information required for order processing. Customers are responsible for ensuring that the information provided is correct.
Customers must not place fake orders, provide false information, misuse offers, manipulate reviews or ratings, conduct fraudulent transactions, or otherwise misuse the Bharat Digital Mart platform.
Promotional offers, discounts, coupons, and cashback may be subject to specific eligibility criteria, validity periods, and additional terms. Bharat Digital Mart reserves the right to modify or withdraw an offer where permitted.
The Bharat E Mart and Bharat Digital Mart names, logos, trademarks, website content, designs, graphics, text, and other intellectual property may not be copied, reproduced, modified, or used without prior written permission.
Customer personal information shall be handled in accordance with the applicable Privacy Policy of Bharat E Mart / Bharat Digital Mart.
Bharat E Mart Private Limited shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or unforeseeable losses arising from circumstances beyond the reasonable control of the Company, including third-party service interruptions, payment gateway issues, courier delays, technical failures, or vendor-related product issues, except as required under applicable law.
Bharat E Mart Private Limited may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Updated Terms may be published on the platform and will become effective as specified.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the applicable laws of India. Any dispute shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably. If the dispute cannot be resolved, it shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts having jurisdiction over the registered office of Bharat E Mart Private Limited, subject to applicable law.
By using Bharat Digital Mart, creating an account, placing an order, or making a payment, the customer confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted these Customer Terms & Conditions.
